Effective 1 March 2011, Origin purchased Integral Energy's electricity retailing business.  Origin is now the new electricity retailer for most of Integral Energy's electricity customers. Origin and Integral Energy have been working together to integrate the businesses so that the transition from Integral Energy to Origin happens smoothly and without any inconvenience to customers.

I’m an Integral Energy electricity customer, how will this change affect me?

Your electricity supply will not be affected in any way and you do not need to do anything. Your prices will not change on 1 March 2011, and the convenient payment options you currently enjoy will go unchanged.

Who will now own and operate the Integral Energy electricity distribution network?
