BPAY

Pay through your financial institution's telephone system or online system. Integral Energy’s BPAY number is Biller: 64998 and the Reference Number is found on the back of your bill; and if you're not already registered, just give your financial institution a call.  

 

By phone

Have your bill and card handy (Mastercard or Visa card) and call 1300 658 773.

 

By post

Post your cheque or complete the credit card details on the payment slip and send to Integral Energy, Locked Bag 2, Milton Business Centre, Milton, QLD, 4064. 

 

In Person

Take your bill and pay by cheque, cash or credit card as Australia Post.

 

Centrepay

If you are receiving a benefit through Centrelink, you can choose to have part of your payment credited to your electricity bill.  

 

Please note that if your payment to us is dishonored, as per Clause 9 on page 19 of the Terms and Conditions booklet, a cheque dishonor fee of $22.00 inc GST or Direct Debit dishonor fee of $8.80 inc GST will be charged to your Integral Energy account.
