How we work with our suppliers

As a State Owned Corporation incorporated under the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995 (NSW), Integral Energy operates in a business environment where its business decisions are quite rightly open to public scrutiny. There are a number of independent bodies to which we must report instances of corrupt conduct, maladministration and waste, and these include the Auditor General and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).

 

With this in mind we have developed a Statement of Business Ethics to provide suppliers with guidance about our expectations.
