Switching suppliers

New South Wales households now have the opportunity to choose which licensed retailer they buy their electricity from, thanks to the deregulation of the electricity industry.

 

Any State resident can choose to buy their electricity from Integral Energy, and the process is very simple:

1. Request a quotation. You can do this here >>

2. Receive your quotation, and complete and submit the contract attached to it

3. Enjoy a 10 day cooling-off period

4. Then leave the rest to us. We’ll notify your existing supplier and arrange to switch your account to Integral Energy.
